The passage of Virgin’s luxury cruise ship ‘Valiant Lady’ through the Canary Islands has been coordinated by BERGÉ, which was in charge of its consignment at its stopovers in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

BERGÉ will consign the ‘Valiant Lady’ for a second time in October, when the cruise ship will go on a repositioning trip to the Caribbean to mark the change in season. This cruise ship, owned by Richard Branson’s company, has a capacity of 2,770 passengers and 1,100 crew members on board and is intended for adults only, as part of Virgin’s innovative proposal.

Spain is the second most important country in Europe for this industry, with 3 million visitors every year. BERGÉ stands out for being the only company in Spain to offer a comprehensive service, providing assistance to shipowners and the main cruise liners in logistics and stevedoring of provisions, agency and auxiliary services (customs management, as well as the service provided to passengers and crew in terms of mobility, accommodation or baggage handling) and provisioning.
