Customer satisfaction is the best example of our work standards or processes
The internationally recognised certifications obtained and maintained by BERGÉ, carried out by duly accredited third parties, are a voluntary assessment of the quality and compliance with the requirements of our processes, products and services. They therefore demonstrate BERGÉ’s commitment to industry standards and the continuous improvement process, providing credibility to both customers and other stakeholders.
Within the certifications, the ISO (International Organization for Standardisation) is a set of standards well recognised internationally that establish levels of homogeneity in relation to management, product development and service provision.
The aim of all ISO standards is to establish globally recognised levels of safety, efficiency and quality compliance.
